Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Poshme, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our return, exchange, and refund process for orders placed through [poshme.in].

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is not listed under the non-returnable category (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards or sale/clearance items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@poshme.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and pickup/shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your invoice or order confirmation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

To request an exchange, please email support@poshme.in with your order details and preferred replacement.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, the order will fall under our standard return policy.
